Cancellation Policy

In any case if the customer wants to cancel the order, it has to be done before the products are packed and shipped. The orders cannot be cancelled after the orders are shipped or scheduled for pickup. In such case the delivery can be rejected at the customers place. Then the refund will be issued after the package has reached the origin.
